This Is A Novel Written By You…
Telephone is a young children’s game with simple rules and an even simpler premise:
work together to pass get a concept from point A to point B.
The results, however, rarely ever stay consistent from the beginning to the end, and everything in between is the magic of off-hand collaboration. That an original word can mutate through unintentional effort is quite a novel thought… so why not a novel?
The NYC Community Chapter Book Project takes the fundamental nature of a game like Telephone and applies it to a 500+ chapter-based fiction novel. If the said project can provide compensation for writers and/or charitable donations to foundations that this administrator is passionate about, then all the better!
Creation via mutation. Building a foundation by experimentation. Doing good by having fun. That’s it.
